About HMO For Sale
HMO For Sale is an independent online advertising platform for houses in multiple occupation. It is designed to help sellers, agents, landlords, portfolio owners and advertisers promote HMO-related opportunities to interested buyers, investors and subscribers.
Unless separately agreed in writing, HMO For Sale is not acting as an estate agency, conveyancer, surveyor, financial adviser, mortgage broker, insurance broker, letting agent or property manager.

Seller, agent, advertiser, commercial partner and public sector accounts must be created with accurate information. Account holders are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity carried out through their account.
Listings and adverts
- Advertisers must have authority to advertise the property, business or service.
- Listing details, prices, yields, photos, licence status, tenancy status and descriptions must be accurate and not misleading.
- HMO For Sale may review, edit, reject, pause or remove listings or adverts where needed.
- Publication of a listing does not mean HMO For Sale has verified every detail.
- Buyers and investors must carry out their own due diligence before making decisions.
Payments and packages
Paid packages, featured boosts and advertising placements provide the features described at the time of purchase. Payment does not guarantee a sale, buyer, lead, enquiry, ranking position, finance approval or investment outcome. Prices and package features may change for future purchases.
Enquiries
Enquiries are submitted by third parties and may be forwarded to sellers or handled through the platform. HMO For Sale does not guarantee that an enquiry is genuine, suitable, financially qualified or able to proceed.
