Agent and commercial packages
Agencies, sourcers and commercial sellers often need a different structure from a one-off landlord listing. These packages are intended for repeat advertisers once marketplace volume supports agency-style usage.
- Agency Starter: £199 per month, up to 10 active listings.
- Agency Pro: £399 per month, unlimited active listings.
How payment works
- Create or log into your seller account.
- Create your listing and choose a package.
- Add the optional 30-day Featured Boost to Standard or Enhanced when you want priority placement.
- Upload photos, name each image and submit the listing.
- Paid packages go to checkout and activate after payment.
- Enhanced, Premium and Ultimate include an embedded YouTube video tour once payment is confirmed.
- Premium and Ultimate activate their included featured period automatically.
- Listings and featured periods expire automatically on their respective end dates.
All packages are self-service: sellers create the listing, upload photos, add property details and manage updates from the seller portal. Standard is a simple 30-day photo listing, Enhanced adds a YouTube tour for 90 days, Premium includes 30 featured days, and Ultimate includes 60 featured days.
