Agent and commercial packages
Agencies, sourcers and commercial sellers often need a different structure from a one-off landlord listing. These packages are designed for repeat advertisers who want predictable monthly visibility.
- Agency Starter: GBP 199 per month, up to 10 active listings.
- Agency Pro: GBP 399 per month, unlimited active listings.
These can be switched on once the platform has enough listing volume and investor demand to support agency-style usage.
How payment works
- Create or log into your seller account.
- Create your listing and choose a package.
- Add Featured Boost if you want priority placement.
- Upload photos, name each image and submit the listing.
- Paid packages go to checkout and activate after payment.
- Enhanced, Premium and Ultimate unlock video uploads once payment is marked paid.
- Listings expire automatically at the end of their package duration.
